PaschGroup.com has been redesigned and rebuilt. It has a new look and a new menu, and it holds far more free material than before: expanded research pages, dealership benchmarks, calculators, a glossary, buyer’s guides, a vendor directory, a podcast archive, a blog, webinars and a single calendar for every Pasch Group event.

This is a tour of what’s new: where each resource lives, what it’s for, and how dealers, vendors and our own team can get the most out of it.

A new look, organized around how dealers work

The redesign is calmer and easier to read, on a phone as well as a desktop. The new menu groups everything under four headings:

  • Research: research reports, benchmarks, field guides and checklists, buyer’s guides, books and the Vendor Directory, plus the podcast, the blog, webinars, free tools and the glossary.
  • Events: every upcoming date and venue for MRC, DMSC, Claude for Dealers and the CXO Summit.
  • Consulting: Marketing Garage, sales and leadership training, the DMS Audit and Trusted Call Solutions.
  • Company: about us, contact, and getting a product listed in the Vendor Directory.

The homepage now says plainly what Pasch Group does: independent research, the conferences where automotive retail gets ahead, data standards for dealerships, a way to compare vendors before you sign, and consulting when you need the work done rather than explained.

Research pages, expanded

Every report, field guide and review now lives on one page: Pasch Group Research. Each report has its own page that tells you what you need to know before you download. Take The Streaming Accountability Gap. Its page opens with the short version, then sets out:

  • the key findings (here, four things to know before your next streaming renewal);
  • what’s inside, section by section;
  • who is behind the research and how it was done;
  • what it means for your role;
  • common questions, answered before you download.

Two new reports are on the way, and you can join the waitlist for either now. AI and Dealership Staff: Finding the Right Balance comes out on October 14. Auto Dealership CRMs: The Battle for Data Control, the 2027 Automotive CRM Research Report, follows in November.

2026 Dealership Benchmarks

The 2026 Dealership Benchmarks page collects the figures dealers quote most, each with its source. It covers phones and calls, leads and follow-up, CRM and customer data, websites and tracking, advertising, and AI and staffing, and it explains how the numbers were compiled. It’s a quick way to check whether your store is ahead or behind before a budget meeting or a vendor review. The page will be updated every year.

Free tools for running the numbers

The new Free Tools section has six calculators and checklists:

The tools run in your browser, so nothing you type is sent anywhere. Every example value is labeled, and any default taken from Pasch Group research names its source. “Copy a link” saves your inputs in the page address, so you can send a colleague the exact numbers you ran.

A glossary of dealer terms, in plain English

The glossary defines 42 dealership terms, from 10DLC and answer rate to the FTC Safeguards Rule and TCPA consent. Each term opens with a definition you can copy and quote, then explains what it means for a dealership, with an example, a statistic from Pasch Group research where there is one, common questions and related terms. The compliance terms list their official sources and carry a not-legal-advice note. The glossary is also a good starting point for a new hire, or for anyone outside the store who needs to follow the conversation; speed to lead is a good first read.

Compare vendors before you sign

The Vendor Directory lists products for dealers, from AI voice assistants and CRMs to customer data platforms, identity resolution and website providers, with profiles reviewed by our team. The directory explains how profiles are checked, and dealers can request an update when a listing is out of date. Vendors can find out how to get their product listed.

Alongside it are five new buyer’s guides:

Each guide explains what the technology does in a dealership, what dealers told us, what to compare, the questions to ask every vendor, how pricing works, how to roll it out, and the red flags to watch for. It ends with the vendors we’ve checked side by side. Those comparison tables come straight from the directory, so they fill in as more vendors are checked.

Podcast, blog and webinars

  • The Brian Pasch Podcast now has one home, with 34 episodes of interviews with dealer leaders and automotive technology companies. Each episode has chapters, takeaways and a full transcript, so you can skim or search an interview instead of listening to all of it.
  • The blog brings together two years of Brian’s Modern Retailing newsletter, filed by topic, from AI and analytics to CRM, data and privacy, and the sales process. Filter by topic or search every post right from the list. New articles, like this one and the MRC 2026 preview, will appear here first.
  • Webinars lists live sessions on Zoom, with registration and calendar links, and keeps every recording, starting with Introducing FeeSync.

Every event, in one calendar

The Events page shows every upcoming date and venue for Pasch Group’s conferences, workshops and summit:

  • CXO Summit: November 14, 2026, a private summit for C-suite leaders.
  • MRC, the Modern Retailing Conference: November 15–17, 2026, in Palm Beach.
  • Claude for Dealers: January 5–7, 2027, a hands-on AI workshop.
  • DMSC, the Digital Marketing Strategies Conference: April 18–20, 2027.

The same dates feed the homepage and the menu, so they’re always current.

Consulting and training, refreshed

The consulting pages have been rewritten so each one makes clear what you get and how to start:

  • Marketing Garage is new: marketing support in three levels, from Diagnostic to Engine Rebuild, with a short quiz to find the right one.
  • Sales Training builds a documented sales process, from first click to the showroom.
  • Leadership Training offers online, remote and on-site training for managers.
  • The DMS Audit is a free data-hygiene audit of your DMS.
  • Trusted Call Solutions uses branded calling with TransUnion to get outbound calls answered instead of flagged as spam.

Where to find it

What’s next

More is on the way: the two new research reports this fall, more glossary terms, tools and buyer’s guides, and more vendors checked in the directory. If something on the site could be clearer, or there’s a resource you wish existed, tell us.
