Cari’s been a great addition to our team because our outbound service BDC has been able to generate more revenue for our departments, making those outbound phone calls and bringing those customers back in the dealership on declined services. The inbound phone call piece of it has been a great opportunity for us to be able to retain those customers in a two minute or less process.
