We had problems with our previous CRM, the mobile app was very glitchy – there could be a couple hours at a time where things wouldn’t load properly or people couldn’t log into the CRM. We also didn’t have the capability for mobile texting which meant people were stuck to their desks. So we chose DriveCentric, that was years ago and I would say they are still the best option out there.
Reason number one is probably their support. It is very important to us as a dealer group to have a really good partnership with our vendors who almost act as an extension of our team. I would 100% say that DriveCentric does that. Reason number two, it is incredibly user friendly. You can put someone in front of DriveCentric with very minimal training and they will be able to get started. It’s very easy to navigate. Reason number three is probably the mobile app. DriveCentric is a great user experience on a desktop and tablet, and, on the mobile app you don’t lose much functionality at all. Our team members can be doing a dealer trade or grabbing lunch and still text or email with their customers out of the mobile app with great functionality and notifications. Number four is just all the various functionality. We don’t have a need to have a bunch of bolt-on solutions or look at other vendors in order to maximize what we can do in the CRM. For example, video is native right within DriveCentric. Video is a new way that a lot of dealers are starting to communicate with customers. It helps to build trust and you can send video right out of the mobile app. There’s a desking tool, there’s reporting, there’s follow up, you have your appointment calendars. They integrate with all of our partners.
DriveCentric is willing to work with you to make the system fit your existing processes rather than having to tweak and adjust what you’re doing in your store to fit their software, which is how it should be when you partner with a vendor. I can 100% say we’re far more efficient now than we ever were previously and our deliveries have increased.
